Every piece we build is made specifically for you. We don’t carry stock—production begins only after your order is placed. This allows us to focus on quality, detail, and creating something truly personal.

Because we work with real hardwood and build everything by hand, natural variations in grain, color, and character are expected. No two pieces are exactly alike—and that’s what makes them special.

Customization Options

We offer a range of customization options so your piece fits your home and style perfectly. You can choose from our standard collections—adjusting size, wood species, and finish—or work with us on a fully custom piece built from the ground up.

Our fully bespoke work is not listed online and is quoted based on your specific design and requirements.

Placing an Order

You can place an order directly through our website or reach out to us by email. We also work closely with homeowners, designers, and builders to make the process simple and seamless.

Custom & Bespoke Projects

For custom furniture or cabinetry, you can submit a quote request through our website. Include as much detail as possible—dimensions, wood type, inspiration photos, or drawings.

From there, we’ll review your project and follow up with a detailed quote and next steps.

Consultation

We offer complimentary consultations to help guide you through your options. Whether you're selecting a size, wood species, or designing something custom, we’re here to help you make the right decisions for your space.

Design & Approval

For custom work, we’ll create detailed drawings for your approval before anything goes into production. We can also provide wood and finish samples so you can see everything in your space.

Nothing moves forward until everything is approved.

Payment

A 60% deposit is required to begin your order, with the remaining balance due prior to delivery. We accept multiple forms of payment and can walk you through options during the ordering process.

Lead Time

Our current lead time is approximately 16–20 weeks depending on the piece and level of customization.

Delivery

We offer pickup at our shop as well as white glove delivery. All pieces are handled with care to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition.

We currently deliver within the United States lower 48.

Returns & Cancellations

Because each piece is made to order, all sales are final. Once drawings are approved and production begins, orders cannot be canceled.

If there are any issues with your piece upon delivery, please reach out within 7 days and we will make it right.
