Production Timeline

All TRM Woodcraft furniture is handcrafted and made to order.
Once your design and specifications are finalized, your piece enters production. Lead times can vary depending on the complexity of the project and our current build schedule.
Because each piece is built individually by hand, we prioritize craftsmanship and quality over strict deadlines. While we strive to maintain accurate timelines, occasional delays may occur to ensure your furniture meets our standards.

Delivery Scheduling

Once your furniture is completed and passes final inspection, we will contact you to schedule delivery.
At this time, we will also confirm the final delivery details and coordinate a convenient delivery window.

White Glove Delivery

We offer white glove delivery throughout the lower 48 United States.

This service includes:

• Professional furniture transport
• Placement in your room of choice
• Assembly if required
• Removal of packaging materials

White glove delivery is quoted individually based on your location, project size, and delivery requirements. We will provide a delivery quote after your order is confirmed.

Customer Pickup

Local pickup may be available by appointment.

If you choose to pick up your furniture, please ensure you have a vehicle capable of safely transporting the piece and bring adequate assistance for loading.

Shipping Safety & Inspection

All furniture is carefully packaged and handled to ensure it arrives safely.

Upon delivery, please inspect your furniture thoroughly before the delivery team departs. If you notice any damage, it must be noted immediately with the delivery provider and reported to us right away so we can assist in resolving the issue.
