TRM Woodcraft stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we build. We warrant to the original purchaser that furniture manufactured by TRM Woodcraft will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ten (10) years from the date of delivery under normal residential use.

This warranty applies only to furniture produced by TRM Woodcraft and is subject to the limitations, exclusions, and conditions outlined below.

Coverage
This warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship that occur during normal indoor residential use of TRM Woodcraft furniture.
If a defect in materials or workmanship arises within the warranty period, TRM Woodcraft will determine the appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper care
• Accidents or impacts
• Exposure to excessive sunlight, heat, moisture, or environmental conditions
• Improper storage or installation
• Normal wear and tear
• Commercial or hospitality use
• Modifications or alterations made by the customer or a third party
• Scratches, dents, or marks caused by everyday use or mishandling
• Improper humidity levels or extreme temperature fluctuations

Because our furniture is crafted from natural solid wood, the following characteristics are not considered defects:

• Natural variations in wood grain, color, and figure
• Character marks such as knots, mineral streaks, and grain variation
• Slight color differences between boards or furniture pieces
• Natural movement of solid wood over time

Natural Wood Movement

Solid wood naturally expands and contracts with changes in humidity and temperature. Small checks, cracks, grain openings, or minor movement that does not affect the structural integrity of the piece are considered normal characteristics of solid wood furniture.

Warping of solid wood less than 5/16" across a 36" span is considered within normal tolerance and is not covered under warranty.

Finishes & Surface Wear

The warranty does not cover:

• Natural aging or color changes in wood finishes
• Surface wear or fading due to sunlight exposure
• Damage from harsh cleaners or chemicals
• Staining, dye transfer, or discoloration from fabrics or clothing
• Damage caused by rubber materials, writing instruments, or sharp objects

Custom and Specialty Materials

Furniture incorporating the following materials may display natural characteristics that are not considered defects:

• Live edge wood
• Reclaimed or salvaged lumber
• Barn wood or character-grade materials
• Custom finishes requested by the client
• Finishes applied by third parties

Warranty Duration

This warranty remains valid for ten (10) years from the date of delivery and applies only to the original purchaser.

This warranty is non-transferable.

Warranty Remedy

If a defect covered by this warranty is confirmed, TRM Woodcraft may choose to:

• Repair the product
• Replace the product or defective component
• Provide a refund for the purchase price

The appropriate remedy will be determined by TRM Woodcraft based on the nature of the issue.

Shipping or transportation costs associated with warranty claims may be the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty Conditions

To remain eligible for warranty coverage:

• Furniture must be used only for its intended purpose
• Furniture must be properly maintained
• Recommended care guidelines must be followed
• The product must not be modified after purchase

Failure to follow these conditions may void the warranty.

Warranty Claim Procedure

To submit a warranty claim, the original purchaser must contact TRM Woodcraft within the warranty period and provide:

• Proof of purchase
• A description of the issue
• Photographs of the affected area

TRM Woodcraft may request additional information or inspection of the furniture before determining the appropriate resolution.

Limitation of Liability

This warranty is the sole warranty provided by TRM Woodcraft and replaces any other express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

TRM Woodcraft is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our furniture.
