Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing TRM Woodcraft. Every piece we create is handcrafted from solid hardwood and made to order specifically for you. Because of the custom nature of our furniture, our return and refund policy is outlined below.

Made-to-Order Furniture
All TRM Woodcraft furniture is built to order based on the specifications approved by the customer. For this reason, orders cannot be returned or refunded due to change of mind once production has begun.

We encourage clients to carefully review all design details, dimensions, and finish selections before approving their order.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your furniture arrives with shipping damage or a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Customers should notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs showing the damage or defect.

Resolution Process
Once a claim is received, TRM Woodcraft will review the issue and determine the appropriate solution. Depending on the situation, we may:

• Repair the furniture in your home
• Arrange for the piece to be returned for repair
• Replace the affected component or item
• Offer a refund if repair or replacement is not feasible

The resolution method will be determined at the discretion of TRM Woodcraft.

Shipping Damage
If your order is delivered via freight or white glove service, please inspect the furniture upon delivery.
If visible damage is present, it must be noted with the delivery carrier before signing the delivery paperwork. Failure to report shipping damage at the time of delivery may limit our ability to file a claim with the carrier.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once a project has entered production, cancellations may not be possible due to the custom nature of the furniture.
Deposits for custom work may be non-refundable once materials have been purchased or production has started.

Warranty
TRM Woodcraft furniture is backed by our 10-Year Limited Warranty, covering defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal residential use.
